This also breaks apart schedule.php into something that is way easier to manage going forward than it was in its huge monolithic form. Also re-enables pruning of xbt_files_users which will fix the peer stats on the front page.
DB Changes:
```
ALTER TABLE users_main ADD BonusPoints FLOAT(20,5) DEFAULT 0 NOT NULL;
ALTER TABLE users_main
MODIFY COLUMN BonusPoints FLOAT(20,5) NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 AFTER Downloaded;
ALTER TABLE users_info ADD DisablePoints ENUM('0', '1') DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL;
ALTER TABLE users_info
MODIFY COLUMN DisablePoints ENUM('0', '1') NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER DisablePM;
ALTER TABLE xbt_snatched ADD COLUMN `seedtime` integer(10) NOT NULL default 0;
```
NOTE: After installing this, it's probably worth watching schedule.php run for a bit to make sure there are no hiccups with the rewrite.
