Adds Command.cppHook, which holds the cppHook value from the iff table.
...
Refactors Command.scriptCallback to Command.scriptHook, and it now holds the scriptHook value from the iff table.
Adds Command.defaultScriptCallback method, this now takes the place of Command.scriptCallback.
Scripts that share a defaultScriptCallback are now registered to the same JavaCallback.
