Updated clone mapping
Added additional cloning tube locations in Mensix Mining Facility
Updated all loot groups
Updated all NPCs and their loot
Changed radius for all LOITER NPCs
Removed many of the factional (imperial / rebel / neutral) presence forces and mainly kept the PATROLs only
