Updated numerous weapons with CU data
Updated NPC stats. Most NPCs should be a lot easier to kill now and also cause less damage
Changed dynamic spawn  min CL for Tatooinefrom 1 to 5
Removed NGE related item info
Updated CBT and seperated the Lightsaber, Melee and Ranged weapons into low, medium and high
