Added GCW tokens and rank progression

- GCW tokens are now granted for invasions
- GCW points correctly translate to GCW rank progression
- Temp fixed GCW next update timer
- Ensured thread termination of spawners
- Prepared InvasionService in terms of timing for TestServer-deployment
