Start of Life Day
Added basic Npcs to the Lifeday event in Wafar.
Need to do.
Find a way to bind an ID to a spawned item, as Static id's are refresh
every server reset.

Added shuttling system, can travel between points
Only the Mos Eisley transport ship exists. Will more than likely change
how shuttles/transports are added to the game world.
