Many fixes - first, the bulk of these are fixes to warnings and code issues detected by gcc and clang's linters. Second, you may have to remove some cflags to build this with gcc versions lower than 5.2 - but 5.2 is heavily suggested because it build much more efficient server. Also added is doxygen config file so you can generate class docs in html format (very large!)
