Ziggy 6a95f22874 Extracted canceling a live auction into a separate class, both to reduce the size of BazaarService and increase the test coverage of the important parts of the code 
There's more code in BazaarService that could benefit from a similar treatment, but I figured I would take it in small steps and start here.

Ziggy 9ce452c0dc Renamed WeatherService to EnvironmentService to streamline with thread names, but also better reflect the responsibilities of the class 
It also sends out time updates. For that, "weather" wasn't a very accurate name.
