  Displays parameters when admin commands are called.
  Adds admin command logging to keep track of everyone using admin commands. Currently only logs to console. Later we will want it to log to a file.
  Adds a quick hack to prevent admin commands from being useable by non-admins. Certain Admin commands aren't based on godmode, but require an 'admin' ability. Abilities don't seem to be implemented yet.
