Zing dd7d0921ae Cleaned up more loot 
Added correct template for AT-ST reward. Removed armor stats from pieces
that should not have them. Set Jedi Relics to use the correct template.
(also clothing and armor loot should have random stat's for RE'ing
also.)

Bronco69 0a2e4d26d5 SkillMod "healing health" added 
skillMod working now. same as "healing action"
now Officer "Last Stand" works perfect and grants health + action on
death of officer => not for group yet

All objects can be bio-linked now
