Ziggy f8f8d9c0a1 Edited CommandTimer packet, so it works with the CU client, more tweaks to support other use-cases are likely needed in the future 
E.g. flags 8 (FAILURE) and 1 (WARMUP) seem to require fewer variables, but that's a problem for the future.
