Fixes for WoD Trees/Plants

Removes incorrect/redundant iffs for WoD potted plants/trees.
Adds updated or missing iffs for WoD potted plants/trees.
Adds blue gem client effect that is used by the Singing Mountain Clan glowing seed jar.
