The buff data files are shared. This commit includes the buff builder effect map fix.

829ba4100c SWGSource Client v3.0 (#7) 
* Pack current snapshot into 3.0.tre

* Track dlls

* Track exes

* Track iffs I guess. Why not? You never know...

* client.cfg is what we can use to push new tre snapshot things in the future

* Ignore stuff in the zip for getting updates

* Update MOTD
