* Pack current snapshot into 3.0.tre
* Track dlls
* Track exes
* Track iffs I guess. Why not? You never know...
* client.cfg is what we can use to push new tre snapshot things in the future
* Ignore stuff in the zip for getting updates
* Update MOTD

Add sb-redux_01.tre from client_patch.rar. (sb-redux_02.tre from client_patch.rar is bit-for-bit equivilant to sb-redux_01 from the v1.2 client package that Cekis already added previously.)
