How To Restore Tpfs ( Bases Method)

Alright so this was the thing that no one was able to get it right, items bases in the tpf, so I had to do my own research and with the help from Erusman, Elour, Cekis, Iosnowore and Tyrone I was able to do my own method to restore tpf's in the correct way.

The first thing you have to do is open SIE and then open the sku.0 in the last Live game client.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Just open any iff from a item from patches 56 to hotfix 59.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Let's use the wod paintings as an example. object/tangible/painting
|
|
|
|

Now in the iff editor check it's base
|
|
|
|

|
It's not the same as other paintings so you have to find another item that uses the same base in the iff.
|
|
|
|
|
|
After some research checking iffs I've found that in the object/tangible/item there are some objects that use the same base like the publish gift 16.

Now go to the sys.server, find this item's tpf and use it as a template for items that use this base in the iff editor.

It uses those templates just like
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
Remember to change the item directory in the tpf.
|
|
|
|
So all you gotta do is find a item that has the iff as close as the other one (it has to have the same base).
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
This is all kinda simple but it makes the difference, I've tried to use other templates and a single number can make the item be broken (efol bed server crash :p) .

|
|
|
|
|
There are other tpfs that need more work and that I wasn't able to restore (script stuff), you can file their location in the rar attached in this guide.
