Ziggy f94d6e84f9 Avoid going through RawResourceType, to circumvent being unable to harvest types of bone_mammal and meat_reptilian 
bone_mammal straight up doesn't exist in RawResourceType and meat_reptilian is spelled differently (meat_reptillian, with an extra L)

Ziggy 6a95f22874 Extracted canceling a live auction into a separate class, both to reduce the size of BazaarService and increase the test coverage of the important parts of the code 
There's more code in BazaarService that could benefit from a similar treatment, but I figured I would take it in small steps and start here.
