f67d897a3b Detailed and Optimized Client CFGs 
This changeset reduces the client CFGs from 6 randomly spread out files into 2.

client.cfg which is the entry point configuration file read by SwgClient and is tracked. This file only contains lines that are static and not customizable but needed and can be edited by SWG Source to push downstream client changes.

custom.cfg is a new file that combines every other configurable option anyone would want to change. Moving forward, players will be instructed to edit custom.cfg with any changes they would like to make. Additional descriptions and helper text has been added to all config options to explain what they do.

843845c4c8 Corrects RGB Values of Two Difficulty Levels for Mobs/Quests 
Corrects con_display_data to use the correct RGB values for Orange and Light Blue, both of which were using incorrect RGB values from their respective columns above. This will now correctly display light blue or orange circles for enemies at their respective level ranges for difficulty. Previously these would be impossible to see visually.

fca6d569eb This fixes the out of ammo error when using mining lasers and tractor beams. It's the second part of a fix from Oct 2018 and just required this file to be ported over to the client side. 2020-09-18 10:11:06 +01:00
