82c76fe859 Remove Lingering Features of Deprecated Systems (see desc) 
* Disable by default all SWG Voice Service UI Elements
* Disable /voice console commands
* Remove voice controls from Options menu and Keymap Tab
* Remove the /bug command and disable by default the bug ticket CUI prompt
* Remove in-game web browser commands /ui browser and /ui url
* Adjusted the buton bar size constants to accomodate an earlier change that disabled the Help/Service and TCG Menu Options (accompanying client-assets changes forthcoming to remove these menu items all together from the UI so they don't display)

095a6b5adb ConversationEditor writes .java 
I think there was one issue not fixed in these changes - I can't find it in my Discord history though. I'm also unable to build ConversationEditor on the master branch due to linker errors.

486b2e378e since SG was noticing a crash in some instances (using mods), i'll go back 
to using 75% available ram, which is still more than SOE ever allotted

98b2805867 set mem limit to 2048mb globally which is the max for msvc 32 bit apps; 
make the minimum and maximum framerate user configurable, make the client
and setup app DPI aware (no more turning off scaling!), and finally
rebadge these as 2.0/2.0b

20ec585266 SLIGHTLY EXPERIMENTAL: caps FPS at 144fps, forces a minimum of 30 FPS, and 
tweaks the memory manager settings... also reduces some unnecessary
complexity by enabling all SKUs and features
